Headed a number of IT and Telecom (hardware, software and consultancy) organisations in Europe.
Headed Sales operation for IBM Europe (EMEA). Achieved ten 100% clubs, 3 golden circles and at a peak 600% sales. Top UK sales manager – promoted to Sales Director IBM Europe based in Paris.
Grew France Telecom Network Services operations from scratch, $zero to $240million turnover, adding $80 million to the bottom line in 2 years and grew the organisation to be one of the most successful divisions, measured against marketing objectives, new business opportunities and annual profit plan. Developed Business and Technical Operations Strategy across 11 EMEA Countries.
In a 2000 people division of British Telecom, developed and implemented a Business Strategy (and negotiated alliance partnerships), which helped to deliver services to Global Customers and propel revenues from $100m to $2b in 4 years.
Reduced Omniticket’s headcount in US, Canada, France, UK and Italy by over 20% in order to prevent the drowning of the entire operation in its own red ink. Dramatically re-engineered the organisation structure and how the company operated and delivered services world-wide.
Developed Business Plan and helped raised capital for a number of Companies .
Developed new operations in Europe, North America and Asia-Pacific including new offices and the recruitment of new top-level management personnel.
